It pours a deep ruby colour with purple highlights. The nose offers an enticing bouquet of black cherry, blackberry and plum, along with subtle hints of lavender, rosemary and black pepper.

Wine Region

The Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, located in the southern Rhône Valley, is one of France’s most prestigious wine regions. Known for its diverse terroir, including its signature galets roulés that absorb and radiate heat, the region is ideal for producing powerful, concentrated wines. The Mediterranean climate, with warm days and cool nights, allows grapes to ripen slowly, developing intense flavours and robust tannins. This unique environment, combined with centuries of winemaking tradition, produces wines with exceptional complexity, structure and age-worthiness. Châteauneuf-du-Pape is especially famous for its red blends, where Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre create wines with depth and character.
