Bisol Belstar Brut Prosecco DOC, Italy
A pale lemon colour in the glass, with hints of green towards the rim and numerous larger bubbles rising from the base of the glass, this Bel Star Prosecco offers an enticing set of aromas. Notes reminiscent of white peaches and sweet pears rise from the glass, along with a hint of water over stone minerality.

The Bisol family are masters of Prosecco and have developed an enviable reputation for wines that are refined and aromatic, reflecting their terroir. There are sources dating from as early as the 16th century attesting to the Bisol family’s presence in the heart of the historic Prosecco country, specifically the territory known as “Chartice” (the present-day “Cartizze” hillside) where the best of the best Superiore Prosecco is produced. Belstar Prosecco is produced under the wider Prosecco DOC classification (rather than the more restrictive Valdobbiadene or Conegliano DOCG classifications) and in a non-vintage style, the aim is to produce a popular style of Prosecco that is consistent in taste and sensation.
