Tenute Fiorebelli Cabaletta, Rosso delle Venezie, Verona, Italy
Intense ruby-red color, with a complex bouquet reminiscent of prunes, cherries and red currents. The oak ageing adds a pleasant roasted and spicy aroma. On the palate, it is full-bodied, supple and well-balanced with a long finish.

PRODUCER
Part of the Orion Wines (Zensa fame), the vineyard is located in Northeast Italy, near the Austrian border and one of the three regions making up the Tre-Venezie, Veneto is most famous for its two romantic cities – Venice and Verona.
Veneto is also among the most important wine-producing regions in Italy and many of its wines are known and appreciated all over the world.
The grapes for this wine are selected form low-yielding vineyards which are inter-planted and trained using the typical pergola Veronese and Guyot methods. Blending employs approximately 30% of this appassito wine, with the remaining 70% vinified conventionally; approximately 40% of the blended wine is then aged for twelve months in American and French barriques.
