Deep ruby in colour with violet reflections, it opens with an enticing bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries and plums, layered with perfumed notes of violets, white pepper and subtle vanilla spice.

The Artisan’s Blend Shiraz Viognier is crafted using a traditional Rhône-style co-fermentation, where a small percentage of Viognier is blended with Shiraz to enhance its aromatic complexity and silkiness. This method, originating in France’s Côte-Rôtie, brings elegance and lifted floral notes to the bold fruit profile of Australian Shiraz. Deakin Estate’s meticulous vineyard management and modern winemaking techniques ensure that every bottle reflects the richness and character of the Victoria region.
