Food Pairings

As an organic wine, Masi Tupungato Passo Blanco pairs especially well with fresh  ingredients and simple, clean dishes that allow the purity of the flavours to shine. Try it with grilled prawns, ceviche, or light white fish dishes like lemon sole or seabass. Its crisp acidity also makes it a great match for vegetable-forward plates, such as a citrusy quinoa salad, grilled  asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil or a lightly dressed spinach and pear salad. For spicier options, the Torrontés grape complements spicy Asian cuisine wine and works wonderfully with Thai or Vietnamese cuisine, balancing out the heat with its refreshing finish.
