- Syrah-based rosés, traditional in style, modern in taste
- Grapes are always harvested at night to preserve freshness and immediately pressed
- Cold static settling & delicate and patient work on the sediment
- Clear juice fermentation, between 14° and 16°C
- Ageing on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vat
