The Gris Blanc Rosé is a unique expression of Grenache Gris, a rare variant of Grenache that imparts a strikingly pale hue and refined aromatic complexity. Produced using meticulous vinification techniques, including cold fermentation and aging on fine lees, this wine captures the fresh and mineral essence of Languedoc’s Mediterranean terroir. Gerard Bertrand’s dedication to organic and biodynamic farming ensures that every bottle reflects the purity and elegance of the region.
The vines for the Gris Blanc are ideally located in Tautavel area, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees mountains, 30 km north of Perpignan in the South of France area. The dry and sunny terroir enables Grenache, the emblematic grape variety of the Mediterranean, to express its best aromas.
